At FixMeParts.com, we’re committed to delivering your parts quickly, accurately, and at a fair shipping cost.

Order Processing

  • In-stock orders ship within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Weekend orders are processed on the next business day.

  • If a product is not in stock, it may ship directly from the manufacturer or from one of our partnered distribution centers across the USA.

  • When a part must be ordered from the manufacturer, it typically arrives at our warehouse within 2–3 business days and ships to you immediately.

  • Some manufacturer-sourced parts may take up to 5–6 business days before shipping.


Shipping Times

  • Ground shipping generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.

  • Oversized shipments may incur extra fees — you’ll be contacted for approval before the order is shipped.

  • Please note: Transit times are not guaranteed for ground or oversized shipments.


Carriers and Restrictions

  • We may substitute shipping carriers at our discretion to help reduce shipping costs or improve delivery times.

  • International shipping and COD orders are not available.


Backorders and Discontinued Parts

In the rare event that a part is backordered or discontinued, our team will make every effort to locate an alternative and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
